Producer in Italy from 1991 to 1994 for the daily in-depth program RAI-TG2 and writing and broadcasting news for Italian Radio Dimensione Suono.  Has a passion for the Arab world and its culture, she studied Arabic language, politics and history at Roma University "La Sapienza" and lived in different Arab countries (Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia). After a master degree in Oriental Foreign Languages in Rome, she began her journalistic career in Jordan during the First Gulf war in 1991 as a correspondent for Italian Radio Dimensione Suono.  She worked and published research for the University "La Sapienza" such as  the "Images of the Arab world through the media". Fluent in several languages, incl.Arabic.
